Password protection

Post by YogiH »

Hi,
I am looking for a way to use a password to create a ReadOnly situation for a file. I only see the property "password" that gives full protection. In Excel, there is the option to select between those two options. The property there seems to be >Password:="", WriteResPassword:="test"<
In such a case, the user gets the option to either enter the password or open writeprotected.
How can I do this via XLSReadWriteII 2?

Thank you
Jens

We need the same functionality.
We are using XLSReadWriteII4.
Is it possible now?
