I have an Excel 2007 file with a logo in it, when I load this file into TXLSReadWriteII4 the MSOPictures.Count = 0

If I change the file name to your PictureSample.xls then the count is 3 as expected, so I don't know what to do.

I beleive I added the image by Pasting from photoshop.

FYI - I converted the file to old 97-2003 format and the Picture count is showing 1 as expected, but if the same file is saved to 2007 format then the picture count is 0.
