Is version 4 working on BCB2007?

Hello, everyone,
I have tried a lot of times to get version 4 working on my BCB2007, but I couldn't make it. The one I have installed is version 4 for BDS2006. I just found a new package for BCB2009, it is not woring on BCB207 unfortunately.
Lars told me I might need to recompile the package inorder to use it. Does any one know how to get it compiled?
Or has anyone got it working on BCB2007?
