Importing RTF into DOCXReadWrite

Hello, I am currently evaluating your product. When importing from an RTF file into a TDOCXReadWriteVcl object, this works fine, except when the RTF contains images. I get this error:
"error while reading RTF Document (3)"

As I don't have access to the source, I don't know what the issue is. Is there a way to import these images? This is crucial to what we need to do.
