Again issues with searc and replace text

Hi Lars,
I send you an email last week with some issues I have regarding search and replace. Did you have a chance to look at it?
Main issues are regarding loosing formatting of tables and a total corruption of the result file when using pictures in the source document.
Please let me know if you have any more questions or if you need source code etc.
