How can I read it with XLSReadWriteII?

Save following code as test.xls, and you can open it in Excel.
But, how can I read it with XLSReadWriteII ?

Hello

You can't read that. I think it's an old XML file format used before Excel 2007. No one uses it anymore (it it ever was used).
