when trying to install the current package version 6.00.65 in Delphi 10.3 Update 1, the following error message is displayed:



Before installation, I completely uninstalled the old version.
What am I doing wrong?

You must have the latest Delphi update installed, 10.3 Update 3.

can you please send me the * .dpk file to create the * .bpl file.
I have the source code of XLSRW, I don't want to update my Delphi version at the moment.
